Privacy details

The short version: we never ask your name or contact info, there’s no tracking or ads, and every question is optional. Here are the details.

• We don’t ask for your name, address, email or phone number.
• Your street name is only used to confirm you live in Lexington and to group results by area. We never ask for your house number.
• We don’t store IP addresses. To block spam, we use a scrambled version of your internet address for a few minutes, then delete it.
• We use one cookie, only to keep your survey open for up to 4 hours. There are no tracking or advertising cookies, and no ad or analytics tools. We only count how many people start and finish each part, without knowing who.
• As you go, your answers are saved (with your street name, nothing else) so you don’t lose them and an unfinished survey still counts. A copy is also kept on your device until you submit.
• Your answers don’t include your name or contact information, and every question is optional.
• Like most websites, our web host (Cloudflare) keeps standard security logs for a short time.
